Based in the UK, we're dedicated to operating our small business with as little environmental impact as possible - we focus on ethical and sustainable practices like zero-waste packaging and low-carbon energy.
Zero-Waste Packaging
Recyclable Paper
We've put great effort into sourcing packaging that's completely plastic free. Everything is made from recycled materials, and is 100% recyclable or compostable:
Our boxes and box stuffing are both 100% recycled and recyclable.
Our stickers are made from 100% recyclable paper and printed with vegetable ink that's suitable for recycling.
Glass Jars
We believe in being completely plastic-free. Our organic sea moss gels come in glass jars which can be reused or recycled.
Organic Compost
We even compost all of the juice pulp from our gel-making process to create amazing organic compost that we use in our vegetable garden.
Low-Carbon Energy
Reducing our carbon emissions and output is one of our key sustainability goals. All of our products are made using 100% green energy. We're also looking to start tracking our full carbon output so we can start to take more actions towards carbon reduction.
Our Sustainability Mission
Spice Moss is on a mission to become 100% carbon neutral as we grow our small business. We aim to do this by working with low carbon green energy couriers, and offsetting any residual carbon emissions so that we can offer 100% carbon neutral deliveries.
